Fees charged by German Lawyers must comply with the minimum fees demanded by federal law which can be found in its German version here  .

Corresponding to the effort and time necessary to be invested in some special cases lawyers can charge extra fees which are subject to negotiation with the client.

If you have got an insurance that covers legal costs this will also be accepted.
